A solemn-looking Ashlyn Harris loaded her bags into a taxi on Sunday, amid her divorce from fellow footballer Ali Krieger.
Earlier in October, it was revealed that Harris had filed for divorce from Krieger months ago, but the announcement would be revealed the same week as Krieger’s final home game for her NWSL team, Gotham FC.
In a series of Instagram posts, Krieger subtly suggested that Harris had cheated on her with actress Sophia Bush.
Images captured by DailyMail.com show Harris loading a silver suitcase into the back of a rental car as she headed to Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey.
Harris stopped briefly at Krieger’s home, but it is not clear how long she was there.

Divorce filings describe Krieger and Harris’ relationship as “irretrievably broken.”
On the same day Krieger’s Instagram posts suggested infidelity, Harris was seen with their son Ocean for a stopover at their home – seen in exclusive photos from DailyMail.com.
Harris did not enter the house, but walked upstairs, grabbed a stroller and a bag and then left.
At the time, it was not clear if Krieger was home or if Harris still lived there.

Before last Sunday’s game against the North Carolina Courage, Krieger posted photos of himself at practice with the caption, “Preparing for the playoffs in my Beyoncé lemonade era.”
That refers to Beyoncé’s 2016 album “Lemonade,” which addressed her husband, Jay-Z’s infidelity, throughout the record.
Judging from the reactions to that message, 38-year-old Krieger has a number of big names from the world of American women’s football by her side.

Legendary USWNT forward Alex Morgan said: ‘These comments do not disappoint’ alongside a fire emoji.
Fellow national team star Sophia Smith replied “energyyyy,” while Crystal Dunn, another US international, wrote “Ooop.”
One fan reply said, “You all knew what you were doing by posting this hot mess,” while another wrote, “Well this is a way to increase engagement. Not the best way, but certainly a way.’
According to reports, Harris – who retired from football last year – had her first date with Bush “weeks ago.”

Meanwhile, Krieger, 39, will also retire once this playoff run ends.
Krieger and Harris married on December 28, 2019 in Miami and have two adopted children together: a boy and a girl.
Harris has made 25 appearances for the US as a goalkeeper, while Krieger, a defender, has made 108 appearances at international level for her country, winning two World Cups each in 2015 and 2019.
