The actress, 49, showed off her toned physique in a black sports bra and figure-hugging leggings, teamed with crisp white trainers.
Eva couldn’t stop smiling as she showed her 10 million Instagram followers her skills on the outdoor track.
Padel is a mix between Tennis and Squash. It is usually played in doubles on an enclosed field surrounded by walls of glass and metal rubble.
It comes after Eva revealed her injuries after accidentally falling during a game of padel tennis on Wednesday.

In a video shared to Instagram, the 49-year-old actress pointed to her bruised and swollen forehead after revealing she took a hard spill on the court and hit her head.
“Look at my bruise,” the Desperate Housewives alum told her 10 million followers as she held her face close to her iPhone’s camera.
“I went pow,” she added during a demonstration using her Bullpadel racket to show off her misfortune on the court, then joked: “Yes, good times mate.”
Padel, also called padel tennis, is a racket sport of Mexican origin that is a mix of tennis and squash, and is typically played in doubles on an enclosed court slightly smaller than a doubles tennis court.
Undeterred by the growing lump on her forehead, the Desperate Housewives alum continued to play padel and then took advantage of a brief break in the action to give her first update.
“So getting a little bigger and getting a little purple,” the actress revealed, as she held a cold bottle of beer on the bump to combat the swelling.

Despite the injury, Longoria remained positive by joking about her fall as she laughed while covering her head with the bottle.
About an hour later, Longoria returned to her Instagram page to give her followers an update on her condition.
This time, the starlet was glam to the nines in full hair and makeup.
“Update on the lump,” she said, adding that the bump looked “quite big” and “hurt.”
She then turned her head to show her fans how swollen it was from the side.
For her update, she could be seen sitting all decked out in an all-black ensemble, save for a gray shirt underneath her jacket.

Although padel shares the same scoring system as tennis, the rules, strokes and technique are different.
The main differences are that the court has walls and the balls can be played off it in the same way as in squash, and that sturdy, cordless bats are used.
