Viewers see on Kim’s screen that her online banking password was an asterisk, while Caleb’s was not.
Viewers took to Twitter to point out the gaffe.
“I know the #Emmerdale writers aren’t the brightest, but if Caleb had gone to all this trouble to access Kim’s laptop, he would definitely have a keylogger installed so he wouldn’t have to wait for her to access her accounts and write write down the password!” one fan wrote.
“Aren’t passwords normally asterisks or dots?? #Emmerdale,” added another.
“The password still appears as dots and not words,” another fan wrote.
