Emily Atack said she's taking a break from social media for a while because she wants to take some time off after “an amazing year.”
The TV personality, 34, said on social media Tuesday that she is “focusing on real real life.”
She shared her final thoughts alongside a photo of her sticking out her tongue after receiving endless birthday messages.
But this isn't her final farewell as she told her 1.9 million followers that she will be back soon.
She wrote: “Thank you all for the birthday love yesterday.
'I've been quiet here lately, concentrating on real life, hard work and having some time off from social activities after a great year.
