Model and actress Ellie Gonsalves marries businessman Ross Scutts in a lavish two-day Gold Coast wedding
Model and influencer Ellie Gonsalves married her longtime partner Ross Scutts in two lavish ceremonies over the weekend.
The 33-year-old’s official nuptials took place at La Luna floating beach club on the Gold Coast in an intimate toi et moi wedding.
They followed it up with a second lavish gathering where they invited their bridal party and other guests, he reported. Fashion on Saturday.
Gonsalves said she originally only wanted to elope abroad with her businessman boyfriend, but changed her mind after visiting the “Mediterranean-inspired” La Luna.
The actress went on to say that the lovebirds knew all along that they wanted a “really intimate” ceremony with just the two of them, and enlisted wedding planner Alysia Bridger to help put it all together.

‘We wanted our ceremony to be really intimate. We’ve both lost our parents, so we always knew it would be an emotional day,” said the former Big Brother VIP star.

Attendees at the first ceremony included wedding planner Alysia, her dog Daisy, who served as ring bearer, celebrant Jake Smith, videographer Caio Souza, and photographer Lauren Shulz.
The Wildlife Warrior ambassador wore a long-sleeved gown by designer Sam Oglialoro and stylist Paul Versace with a sheer neckline and floral appliqués along the fitted bodice and sweeping train.
One of three dresses she wore over the weekend, the luxe garment featured a plunging neckline that accentuated her features and highlighted her glamorous makeup by Alex Perrin.
She accessorized with a petal-adorned 1920s-style veil that suited her platinum blonde pixie cut designed by Brodie Tsiknaris, along with a plethora of classic Calleija-designed diamond jewels.
The couple followed the first nuptials with a second lavish gathering where they invited their bridal party and other guests.
Gonsalves revealed that she and Sam, who is the founder of Oglia-Loro Couture, “have worked together for years” and “he has a mannequin of my body shape in his office with my exact measurements.”
They, along with Paul of Styled By Bloom, “decided on three couture gowns: an evening gown, a reception gown, and a ball gown.”
“I’m really a low-key girl, but when your friend and one of the best wedding dress designers in the world wants to make you three dresses, you say yes,” Gonsalves said.
Gonsalves walked down an aisle above the pool at La Luna carrying a bouquet of white flowers with a photo of her late father attached, before she and her new husband celebrated with a private dinner hosted by celebrity chef Alastair McLeod.
