Ella Morgan narrowly avoids a wardrobe malfunction as she stumbles while leaving Beauty Awards after reuniting with her MAFS UK co-stars

Ella Morgan narrowly avoided a nasty fall on Monday night when she tripped as she left the Beauty Awards at London’s HAC.

The clinic consultant, 29, reunited with her Married At First Sight UK co-stars at the event for a beautiful group photo.

She was joined by Rozz Darlington, Tasha Jay and Jay Howard, with all four ladies dazzling in their glamorous ensembles.

Rozz looked beautiful in a pink strapless dress, decorated with ruffles and small gemstones.

Tasha pulled out all the stops in a bejeweled nude dress with feather detailing and a daring leg slit.

Jay oozed glamor in a black crop top encrusted with sequins and paired with a matching sheer skirt.

Meanwhile, Ella showed off a very busty look in a plunging strapless white dress, which had a slit to show off her long legs.

She paired it with a chunky gold choker necklace and a matching jeweled handbag.

Her blonde locks were pulled up in an intricate and elegant updo and she completed the look with bright pink high heels.

Her sky-high shoes got her into trouble, though, because when Ella called it a day and left the venue, she tripped and almost fell to the ground.

The reality star desperately tried to keep her balance and hold on to her phone and bag as she narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction.

Fortunately, Ella managed to recover in time and, relieved, she carefully continued her journey home.

It comes after viewers were left shocked during the MAFS UK grand final when Ella and JJ Slater decided to split during their vow renewal.

Viewers were shocked when Ella and JJ mutually decided to go their separate ways in a very emotional vow renewal, as they decided they were better off as friends.

The couple, who formed a bond and cheated on their partners together, both broke down in tears when they decided they weren’t right for each other.

Fans shared their shock at the decision on X, formerly known as Twitter, but praised the couple for their maturity during their split and gushed over Ella’s highly emotional speech.

During the vow renewal, Ella broke down in tears as she was the first to give her speech, admitting she didn’t think they were right for each other.

Ella, who is transgender, spoke about how well JJ accepted her transition and talked about how he had changed her life forever as she broke down in tears during the highly emotional moment.

“Being seen as Ella without any judgment was something I thought would never happen for me,” she said.

“I want it to be you, but that’s not the case right now. I will never forget you and what you did for me, you changed my life forever.

“You did so much for the little boys and girls like I once was, I may not have found that in you, but I found myself and my worth. I will always have so much love for you.”

JJ appeared overcome with emotion during Ella’s heartfelt tribute before giving his own speech in which he agreed with her decision to split.

He said, “I think you’re great, I’ve learned so much from you, but as things stand right now, I think becoming friends is the healthiest thing for both of us. You are truly an inspiring person.’

JJ told the camera, “I feel pretty sad that things didn’t turn out the way I wanted, but I don’t think we’re right for each other romantically.”

While an emotional Ella said: ‘I didn’t expect this to be so difficult. I feel sad, but deep down I know I did the right thing.

“JJ will also have a special place in my heart. He has shown me that I am good enough and that I should not settle for someone just accepting me. I have to aim high.’

Ella and JJ were both originally paired with different spouses, but soon formed a bond and cheated on their partners together.

Their original partners Nathaniel Valentino and Bianca Petronzi both quit the series, while JJ and Ella later rejoined the E4 show as a new couple, reaching the final episode despite not being married.
