She continued the caption, “We’ve been taking ourselves apart for so long, and it feels so *lonely*, we’re starting to think we’re the only ones who look a certain way. In fact, there are SO many other bodies like ours – we’re pretty damn ordinary!

So this is 13 seconds to remind you how normal your body is. And what a GREAT thing that is.

The EastEnders star, who played Lucy Beale in the BBC soap, was praised by fans who rushed to comment on Melissa’s post.

One woman joked, “I don’t know a body that doesn’t shake like a bauble.”

Another wrote: ‘This is excellent. Let’s normalize that our body can shake and still be hottttttt’.

The star went on to discuss the pressure put on moms after giving birth to bounce back into their pre-baby bodies, despite their time being completely consumed both mentally and physically by caring for a human.

She wrote, “New moms already have a LOT of pressure. They keep this new REAL person alive, learning how to do it, trying to heal from birth, being bombarded with ads for *the* dream product they probably don’t need, worried about why their baby isn’t sleeping through but because they’re taking a course of Seeing £500 promising them the solution is the LAST thing they need to worry about bouncing back to their pre-baby bodies.
