EastEnders fans are convinced Arthur ‘Fatboy’ Chubb is returning from the dead after actor Ricky Norwood was reportedly spotted on set.
The 35-year-old soap star played Fatboy in EastEnders for five years after appearing on the soap opera’s online spin-off show EastEnders: E20.
Fatboy died in appalling circumstances in the Christmas 2015 storyline, with the character being killed in a car in a case of mistaken identity.

He died off-screen after Ronnie Mitchell arranged for her enemy Vincent Hubbard to be sent to the car breaker, but Fatboy accidentally got stuck in the trunk and was killed instead.
Some devoted EastEnders fans have long believed the character could return to the soap as his body was never shown on screen.
And there are now rumors that his ‘return’ is imminent after actor Ricky was apparently spotted at Elstree Studios.
However, Ronnie has denied that Fatboy will return to the BBC show.
Speculation: Rumors are now circulating about his ‘return’ after actor Ricky was filmed by a fan visiting Elstree Studios
A TikTok user – who manages an EastEnders fan account – shared a live video in which Ricky appeared to walk on set and greeted enthusiastic fans.
The excited female fan could be heard saying his apparent visit to the set was “random,” before speculating she’d ruined the surprise of his “return.”
You could hear them say, ‘That’s so random! Can’t we post that? S**t!’
In the video, a group of fans also speculated that he could return for Dot Cotton’s funeral episode, following the death of actress June Brown earlier this year.

Ricky was suspended from EastEnders in 2014 after a video was leaked of the star allegedly smoking marijuana and performing a sexual act on Skype.
BBC bosses decided to suspend Ricky for two months when the pictures of him first came to light, while the actor apologized for his actions.
Ricky starred in the online spin-off show E20 before rising to fame in the long-running soap opera.
Following his departure from the soap, Ricky revealed he was suffering from depression and talked about his struggles on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.

When he revealed that he did not know at the time that he was suffering from depression, he confessed that his anxiety was so great that he did not want to leave the house.
“I fell into a deep depression,” he explained. “I didn’t know it was depression. I didn’t want to leave my house, I had all the curtains closed.’
He added that despite leaving the soap after the scandal, he was satisfied with the work he had accomplished and what might come in the future.
‘I was happy. I was only supposed to be there for three months, I was there a little under six years,” he said.
