DWTS Australia professional Aric Yegudkin arrested for driving on a suspended license

Dancing with the Stars pro with TWENTY-ONE prior vehicle offenses is arrested driving with a suspended license

Aric Yegudkin added another point to his poor driving record on Tuesday when he attended Waverly Local Court to plead guilty to driving on a suspended license.

The 37-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro already had 21 motoring offenses to his name when he was caught driving his black Land Rover on November 14 in Bondi Junction with a suspended license and canceled registration.

Police stopped him at Waverley Crescent and discovered ‘the record [on his vehicle] had been revoked’ on Oct. 8 and his license had been suspended for loss of demerit points since Sept. 30, reports the Wentworth Messenger.

Aric Yegudkin (pictured) added another notch to his poor driving record on Tuesday when he attended Waverly Local Court to plead guilty to driving on a suspended license.

The suspension was due to expire on March 29, 2023, and it was later revealed in court that he had a good conduct license prior to the suspension.

Yegudkin ‘denied’ any knowledge of his suspension despite confirming that he had lived at the same address ‘for three years’ and received all his mail there.

Judge Jacqueline Milledge ruled that Yegudkin, who has performed with the likes of Ada Nicodemou and Michelle Bridges on DWTS, had received “plenty of notice” about the suspension.

Reading two character references to the rabbi and Yegudkin’s sister, Justice Milledge went on to say: ‘This is not about what his rabbi thinks of him.

‘Is [about] how good he is as a driver. His sister is in the money… [saying] her driving record doesn’t look very good…She’s right, it doesn’t look very good.’

Yegudkin’s lawyer said his client “had a lot to do” and that between television commitments and the operation of Move Dance Studios, “life got the best of him.”

Judge Milledge rejected this argument, stating: “Who doesn’t have a lot of things happen to them in life?”

The magistrate ruled that Yegudkin, who has performed with the likes of Ada Nicodemou (pictured in 2005) on DWTS, had received “plenty of notice” about the suspension.

Yegudkin’s lawyer went on to say that while the dancer doesn’t have the best driving record, it was his first offense of this particular type.

He added that his client needed a license to work and “has limited ability to pay an exorbitant fine.”

Justice Milledge was unmoved by this defense and fined Yegudkin $1,000 with a three-month driving ban.

She said the artist doesn’t see himself as someone “who needs a license or money.”

The magistrate fined Yegudkin $1,000 and disabled his license for three months.
