Dua Lipa looked as incredible as ever as she put on a sultry performance in her new music video.
The pop star, 28, returned to the music scene on Thursday with the release of her new song Houdini and put on a daring show for fans in the accompanying clip.
Dua was shown post-rehearsal in a dance hall, revising her choreography under fluorescent lighting as she threw herself around the room.
She looked as trendy as ever in a mesh top and sweatpants as she let her freshly dyed red locks fly.
Using mirrors, the Levitating singer performed eye-catching dances as her lyrics alluded to ignoring a potential lover’s chances in escapologist style, comparing herself to legendary magician Harry Houdini.
She sang, “I come and I go, tell me the ways you need me, I won’t be here long. Catch me or I go Houdini, I come and I go, prove that you have the right to please me. ‘

For the choruses of the energetic clip, Dua was joined by an army of backup dancers, but for the verses she leaned into the camera in a multitude of poses.
The pop star explained that the video “embodies that feeling of four in the morning when the night is coming to an end and you’re a little sweaty but you just don’t want the party to end.”
The long-awaited music video was directed by Manu Cossu with cinematographer André Chemetoff.
The Dance the Night singer – who is currently dating filmmaker Romain Gavras, 42 – collaborated on the track with Caroline Ailin, Danny L. Harle, Tobias Jesso Jr. and Kevin Parker of Tame Impala.
She explained that the song’s lyrics represent the light-hearted “freedom” she felt during her time as a single woman.
She said, “This song represents the most light and liberating parts of my singledom” is very tongue-in-cheek and explores the idea of whether someone is truly worth it or if I will end up ghosting them.
Dua added that the “beauty” of openness in her songwriting means she always “looks forward” to sharing her ups and downs with her millions of fans.
She added, “You never know where something will take you, that’s the beauty of being open to everything life has to throw at you.”

Unbelievably, the Grammy Award-winning star will release her highly anticipated third album next year
“I look forward to sharing that feeling of defiant bliss with my fans.”
The Barbie star hasn’t released an album since 2021’s Grammy Award-winning Future Nostalgia, but will release her highly anticipated third album in 2024.
Ahead of its release, she noted how the album had been created during a time of “absolute chaos,” as she looked to the future with optimism.
She said: ‘Much of this album was written in those joyful moments of absolute chaos and me moving through the world with lightness and optimism, whatever the outcome.’
