Donald Trump’s campaign trolled President Joe Biden’s worst moments during Thursday’s debate with a promotional video compilation.
The minute-and-a-half video stated that the medications Biden took before the debate “didn’t work.”
Trump’s 2024 team and allies said weeks before the debate that the president would take some kind of illegal substance to stay alert — and Rep. Ronny Jackson said Biden spent his seven days at Camp David before the showdown getting the drug cocktail just right.
A general consensus was reached among Republicans and Democrats that Biden had not only lost the CNN-hosted debate in Atlanta, but that he was a failure.
So much so that much of the conversation during Friday morning’s fallout focused on whether the Democratic Party should take action to find a new candidate before the convention in August.
Trump’s campaign released a video compiling Biden’s most embarrassing and awkward moments from Thursday’s debate. After Biden lost his train of thought at one point and stared blankly into space, Donald Trump said, “I really don’t know what he just said.”
Meanwhile, Trump’s unusual restraint has shocked viewers and some suspect it could lure independent voters to his side.
Trump’s team quickly released a video compilation of some of the most embarrassing and awkward moments for Biden.
“Needless to say, the meds didn’t work,” Trump wrote War Room on X.
Biden tried to downplay claims that he is taking some kind of performance-enhancing drug by posting a photo drinking a custom-made “Secret Sauce” drink before the debate.
“I don’t know what’s in those performance enhancers, but I feel pretty lousy,” Biden wrote on X. “Try it for yourself, folks.”
The President’s Report shared a photo of Biden holding a can of specially labeled water, with the “Dark Brandon” meme on it. The can says ‘Zero Malarkey’ and ‘Get real Jack, it’s just water.’
The campaign put the cans of water on their websiteand offered supporters a souvenir tin for a $4.60 donation.
President Joe Biden ridiculed the idea that he took performance-enhancing drugs ahead of the first presidential debate
Biden’s first major blunder came fifteen minutes into the debate.
The president strung together a series of nonsensical statements and stutters, seemingly losing the thread when talking about the national debt, tackling COVID-19, and ending with, “And we finally defeated Medicare.”
“Well, he’s right, he beat Medicare. He beat it to the death,” Trump took advantage of the moment.
