Dominic Cooper and his girlfriend Gemma Chan looked loved up as they enjoyed a day of shopping in North London on Tuesday.

The Mamma Mia! actor, 46, appeared cheerful as he stepped out in a navy blue shirt and trousers.

Braving the cold in Britain, he donned a navy blue coat and jacket over his shirt, shielding himself from the autumn sun behind a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Dominic put comfort first and completed his look with a pair of white Air Force Max sneakers and white socks.

Beside him, Captain Marvel actress Gemma, 41, cut a relaxed figure in a black wool jumper which she wore under an oversized maroon leather jacket.

She kept her look casual and completed her look with loose-fitting jeans and a black beanie.

After enjoying a day of shopping, the pair were seen dropping their shopping bags into the back of their black mini SUV before driving around London.

For their outing, Dominic was the designated driver while his partner Gemma sat in the passenger seat.

Gemma and Dominic have done their best to keep their romance out of the public eye since they got together in 2018.

After months of dating rumors, the couple made their first public appearance six years ago at an afterparty for the British Fashion Awards.

They’ve been together ever since, but neither of them are fond of flaunting their relationship or talking about their love lives to the press.

Prior to her romance with Dominic, Gemma was previously in a long-term relationship with Jack Whitehall.

Gemma and Jack split as they struggled to make it work around their non-stop filming schedules.

Dominic’s most high-profile romance prior to Gemma was with his Mamma Mia! co-star Amanda Seyfried.

In 2021 Gemma said ELLE UK: ‘In ten years you learn how important privacy is, what you do and don’t share.

“When you start, you don’t even know what’s important to keep to yourself.

“At least at first I didn’t, whereas now I think there are certain things I know absolutely: ‘That’s mine and it’s private.’

‘For me it’s nice to have a clear distinction between what is for me and what I like to talk about.’
