Diehard Trump fans stand by their MAGA king as supporters party at Mar a Lago

The Village People’s hit YMCA blared from speakers outside Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday as Donald Trump supporters flocked to his Florida home with a threatening denunciation.

There was celebration among MAGA believers in Palm Beach, as New York City ramped up security and deployed more officers around Manhattan’s courts.

A Manhattan grand jury is still deliberating whether to indict former President Donald Trump over hush money payments made on his behalf during his 2016 presidential campaign.

Trump and his legal team are now awaiting word from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office whether criminal charges will be filed. If so, arrangements will be made for the surrender and arraignment of the former president.

Taking a former president into custody is unprecedented, so his team of lawyers will work closely with the Secret Service, NYPD and other law enforcement to ensure a smooth transition from Florida to New York.

As the US braces for the announcement that is expected to send shockwaves around the world, its diehard fans vow to show their support and admiration for Trump.

At least seven pickup trucks and jeeps pulled up in front of the lavish private club, with their passengers carrying dozens of banners dedicated to the president.

“Trust the plan” was emblazoned on the largest flag (6’x8′) with a smiling picture of Trump.

Other flags read “Let’s go, Brandon,” “Save America,” and “Trump 2024”

A supporter, who declined to name himself, played classic rock and country music from the speakers of his jacked-up jeep as Hank Williams Jr.’s “A Country Boy Can Survive.” washed over the group.

Mike Arnold, 52, a builder and arborist, stood by his white pickup truck plastered with pro-Trump stickers to explain why he had pulled up to the drawbridge at Mar-a-Lago at 7 a.m.

“The bottom line is that I support our (former) commander-in-chief because he does not give up and fights for us.

“Just as he carries me on his back, I’m going to carry him on my back,” said Arnold, who splits his time between New Hampshire and Ocala, Florida.

He said he believes Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is part of a larger effort to prevent Trump from returning to the White House.

“If they could bring charges, which they won’t, but if they could, that would stop Donald J. Trump from ever running for office again in his lifetime,” he said.

Arnold also suspects that Stormy Daniels is trans.

“This is my opinion, but just by looking at photos of Stormy Daniels, she has really broad shoulders. So, do we think we think it’s a woman? We think it might be a man,” he said.

“Do you think Trump would ever mess with something like that? Or do you think this whole thing might have been a set-up against him?’

He also said it is not for us to condemn Trump for having an extramarital affair.

A man in a leather cowboy hat and sunglasses, named only Squirrel, joked that he was showing support for free pizza.

Joking aside, he doesn’t believe the charges against Trump — though none have been stated — are legitimate.

“I kind of wonder if it’s already been proven to be a lie, are they going to press charges? You can sue a ham sandwich and get a conviction. Our system has been manipulated. That’s why I’m here.’

“They think by impeaching him they are reducing his chances of returning to the presidency, but they don’t realize they are encouraging him. He becomes Teflon. He will be the Teflon Don of 2023.”

Debbie Macchia, 57, a hedge fund employee originally from New Jersey but now living in Florida, said she waves a Trump 2024 flag on the side of the road there “to support the president.”

She said she doubts Trump had an affair with Stormy Daniels and made her pay to keep quiet about it.

Everyone has affairs with everyone, right or wrong. It is what it is. I highly doubt [the affair], but at the same time it is not a crime. Everyone’s values ​​are different, right? I’m not going to judge him or anyone else. That’s my opinion. He shouldn’t worry about my opinion, he should worry about his wife’s.’

Mark B, 54, who declined to give his full name, said he felt the charges were a plan by Democrats to divert attention from the banking problems and the economy.

When the Democrats get into trouble, they always respond to Trump. It’s a distraction. You don’t hear about the documents in Brandon’s garage. Now the banks are going bankrupt. You don’t hear anything about that anymore.’

The Manhattan grand jury resumes Wednesday to hear more witnesses.
