Did Melania Trump Have a Secret $50,000 Facelift – Top US Surgeon Gives His Opinion on Former FLOTUS’ Plastic Surgery as She Releases Memoir

It is widely speculated that Melania Trump achieves her ripped, modlesque look through various surgeries and adjustments.

The former First Lady, 54, and wife of former American president Donald Trump, 78, is known for his high cheekbones, plump lips and age-defying smooth skin.

But the Slovenian ex-model, who released her memoir called ‘Melania’ on October 8 in which she expressed her support for abortion rights, has denied ever having plastic surgery.

Yet Dr Gary Linkov, a leading American plastic surgeon based in New York, estimates that Melania has spent a whopping $203,000 (£155,335) on plastic surgery, including a $50,000 (£38,260) facelift.

In one YouTube video that has been viewed 350,000 times, Dr. Linkov suggests she may have undergone extensive cosmetic work, including a rhinoplasty, fillers, Botox, cheek implants and even a facelift.

Dr. Linkov examines her transformation over the decades and shows an image of Melania from 1987, when she was just 17.

It emphasizes her full eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes, nose with natural ‘bulbosity’ with a curve on the tip of her nose and balanced lower and upper lips. Her strong cheekbones are also seen as a natural feature of her face.

But while Dr. Comparing images of her at age 28, Linkov emphasizes that “the tip of her nose looks less bulbous” and adds that “the dorsal tubercle” on the bridge of her nose is less prominent, indicating that she may have a had a rhinoplasty. by 1998.

Then a photo of her at age 29 appears showing that she has fuller lips. Dr. Linkov suggests that because the filler wasn’t approved by the FDA until 2003, she may have used collagen or microdroplets of silicone.

Fast forward to 2004, when Melania is 34 and her cheeks look fuller.

“I wonder if she might have had cheek implants because there’s so much regularity in both cheeks and there’s more projection than I think it would have been to achieve this state with filler alone.”

Dr. Linkov emphasizes that Melania’s eyes appear smaller at age 37, which he believes could be due to a brow lift that may have created a cat-eye look.

A photo of her at age 29, pictured left in 1999, appears to show her with fuller lips. Dr. Linkov suggests that because the filler wasn’t approved by the FDA until 2003, she may have used collagen or microdroplets of silicone. Later, at age 52 (pictured right in 2021), her neck skin and jawline look smoother — something that could have been fixed with a facelift, says Dr. Linkov.

He adds that she may also have gotten Botox on her forehead and on the crow’s feet on the sides of her eyes around this time.

When examining a photo of her at age 38, where her eyes appear even smaller, Dr. Linkov that the Botox in her forehead may have caused her eyebrows to weigh more heavily on her eyes.

He said: ‘The frontalis muscle is the only muscle that actually raises our eyebrows. So if you inject heavy neurotoxin into that muscle, it paralyzes the muscle even more. When that happens, the eyebrows begin to weigh down and the eyes can appear smaller.”

Another change in Melania’s face can be seen in 2012, at the age of 42, when some early signs of ‘jowls’ became visible. This is a lump that develops on the jawline as the cheek begins to see the effects of gravity and falls.

Melania appears to have more forehead wrinkles and larger eyes two years later, in 2014, which could be a result of less Botox, Dr. Linkov suggests.

More common signs of aging, such as loss of laxity in the skin of her neck and the drooping of the corners of her lips, can be seen in photos of her at age 49.

But later, at age 52, her neck skin and jawline looked smoother — something that could have been corrected with a facelift, says Dr. Linkov.

However, because many images show Melania with hair covering her ears and the sides of her face, it is difficult to look for signs of distress or changes to her ears to confirm whether she has had a facelift.

But other procedures, such as radiofrequency for skin tightening, may also have helped sagging skin, Dr. Linkov admits.

Melania Trump, pictured on the left in an undated image and on the right in 2020, has denied having any plastic surgery, telling GQ in 2016 that she was “against Botox” and “against filler.”

Melania has consistently denied having any form of plastic surgery GQ in 2016 that she was ‘against Botox’ and ‘against filler’.

She said, “I haven’t changed anything. Many people say that I use all procedures on my face. I didn’t do anything.

‘I live a healthy life, I take good care of my skin and my body. It’s all me. I will age beautifully, just like my mother.’

Plastic surgeon to the stars Dr. Gary Motykie has also previously told Daily Mail.com that he “doesn’t see much reason to be suspicious about a facelift.”

Instead, he suggested that she had had a nose job and fillers and spent about $45,000 to $50,000 on her appearance.

“(But) I noticed a change in her nose. Noses don’t usually get smaller with age, they get bigger – but hers is definitely smaller and more defined, so I’m very leery of at least one rhinoplasty (rhinoplasty),” he said.

“I think she probably does the maintenance work as well: fillers, especially in the center of the face, on the cheeks, maybe a touch up in the lips, and the standard Botox maintenance,” he added.
