The 60-year-old actress cut a very casual figure as she and her one-and-a-half-pound dog strolled the city streets while doing some shopping.
The artist, who is trying to get Pilaf into the Guinness Book of World Records, is currently gearing up for the release of a body horror movie in which she will star.
Moore wore a dark beige cardigan sweater over a white V-neck T-shirt during her outing.
The GI Jane star also donned a pair of oversized, cuffed blue jeans, as well as tall leather boots.

The Primetime Emmy-nominated performer accessorized with a leather handbag and kept Pilaf in a matching sling.
Her voluminous brown hair held loose in the coastal breeze and contrasted well with the lighter shades of her clothing.
Moore is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming horror film The Substance.
Deadline initially revealed that the artist had signed on to appear in the film in January of last year.
At the time, it was also reported that Margaret Qualley had been attached to the feature directed by Coralie Fargeat.
Plot details were largely withheld from the public, although the project was described as an “explosive feminist take on body horror”.
Ray Liotta was revealed to have signed on to co-star in the film the following month.
Although filming was scheduled to begin in May, the Goodfellas star passed away that month, leaving his role in the film in question.
