The Australian singer, 38, decided to pay tribute to her past by dressing up as memorable character Nina Tucker from the hit Channel 10 soap.
Delta played the role of Nina Tucker on the soap from 2002-2005 before hitting the top of the charts.
Fans were treated to a beautiful sight as the singer posed with a Ramsay Street sign, dressed in the iconic school uniform.
