Daughter of former LaLiga boss claims her father BANNED her from dating footballers and insists she only has friendships with players… as she reveals the time he ‘freaked out’ when she started her modelling career

A Spanish model and influencer has claimed her father – a former LaLiga boss – banned her from dating footballers – and now keeps them as friends.

Nadia Jemez, 24, has grown up around football for much of her life after her father had a 17-year playing career in Spain and 21 caps for his country before managing 12 clubs.

Nadia has become a major public figure in Spain and has a huge social media profile, with 350,000 people following her Instagram page – and a further 295,000 on TikTok.

She regularly entertains her fans with bikini photos, dance videos, viral clips and photo shoots, while also giving insights into her life by posting her shopping trips and makeup tutorials.

Nadia is also active on the streaming platform Twitch, where she has more than 1,000 subscribers.

In an interview with the La Influencia podcast, via the German outlet ImageShe said he told her not to date any footballers and she has since listened to his advice – claiming she had had ‘no problems’ forming friendships with them.

“My dad always told me never to be with a football player,” she said. “And I’ve never been with a football player or kissed a football player. Never.’

As a player, former central defender Jemez made 433 appearances, including for clubs Deportivo La Coruna and Real Zaragoza, for whom he made 168 appearances.

After becoming a manager in 2007, he began to be more protective of his daughter as she gained more attention after her introduction to the modeling world.

Nadia told a bizarre story from his time as manager of Mexican side Cruz Azul, claiming that members of the press had asked her father for photos of her.

“The sports press in Mexico is more of a tabloid press,” she added. ‘[They are] very interested in the lives of football players and coaches. And they asked my father for my photos. They asked him about the games at press conferences.’

Nadia – who also revealed she is training to become a notary – went on to say that her father ‘panicked’ when she started her career after being introduced on Playboy Mexico, saying he had promised to ‘report certain people ‘ because she was only 17 at the time.

“I don’t feel obliged to show respect to him because he has not shown good behavior towards others,” she was quoted as saying.

‘He thought it was really cool to ignore all the traffic lights. Why? Well, I don’t know, he believed it was justified. Moreover, he drove recklessly into a parking lot at a speed of more than 100 kilometers per hour.

‘He humiliated me. I don’t trust him as a person. I believe this was the first and last time I will ever meet him. I really felt the need to address this issue.”
