While Danielle and Tommy opted not to learn the sex of their second child while pregnant, she previously admitted that she was convinced she was having a boy.

The ITVBe star has kept her 1.3 million social media followers updated throughout her pregnancy by sharing some gorgeous snaps of baby bumps.
Danielle revealed she was expecting her second child on Instagram in January when she shared a lovely black and white video of her holding up three pregnancy tests and admitting, “I wasn’t sure!”
She wrote: ‘Baby Edney No2….Oh, we can’t wait to meet you.
“We are absolutely ecstatic that we will be adding another bubba to our family in the summer of 2023.” I know Orla is going to be the most amazing Big Sister.”
Danielle later revealed that she found it “really emotional” and “difficult” to conceive with baby number two.
At the start of the year, she shared her relief that she no longer had to keep her pregnancy a secret and admitted she was “anxious” this time around.
She said, “I felt so much more anxious during this pregnancy and you just want everything to be clear with all the doctors and different scans and all the different tests they’re doing.
“I don’t know what it is, but I just found it really hard this time.”

She continued, “The news is finally out. I’m so relieved that I can just be myself without wearing a baggy top. I’ve been getting quite a few messages over the past few weeks from people saying “Are you pregnant?” I think women get a feeling.
“But it was so hard to keep it in, and keep it from you friends and family. Even my mother!
“Me and my mom are so close and only to keep that hidden from her for a while. It’s just hard.’
Danielle advised her followers not to ask if someone was pregnant, saying, “But you know what I’ll say, to anyone watching this, if you think or suspect someone is pregnant.” Just a little bit of advice, don’t ask them. Don’t even try to do the hints, just keep it to yourself.
‘Because I’ve been experiencing that quite a lot in recent weeks and that’s really not a nice feeling. And to be put in that position was just, it was horrible because you feel like you’re lying, but obviously you’re not.
“But I just think the whole pregnancy thing, trying, being pregnant, is a very personal thing and you always have to respect someone’s decision whether they’re going to tell you or not.”
She concluded: ‘But the news is finally out. I don’t feel like I have to worry about covering myself up and I don’t want it to feel like a secret.
“I’m not really a secretive person, but we’re very happy, can’t wait, roll on summer.” I have a feeling we’ll have our hands full.’
In March, Danielle admitted she was desperate to conceive a second time that sex became “mechanical” with her husband because she was like a “dog in heat.”
They first started trying for their second child during their honeymoon last September in the Maldives.
She said ok! Magazine: “As soon as the wedding was over, I thought, ‘Get me pregnant now!’ And jumped on him.’
She turned to Tommy and said, ‘You probably really enjoyed it in those few months – I was like a dog in heat! Because we knew we wanted a baby and I’m a bit of a control freak, I just wanted to get pregnant as soon as possible.’
She revealed that things got “a bit mechanical” towards the end when it came to “ovulation dates and when to have sex.”
“It worked, but I imagine it’s pretty stressful for couples trying for more than a year because it does take the romance out of it.”

Before welcoming the newborn, the reality star enjoyed one last holiday as a family of three with her husband and daughter in Marbella.

She went all out for the party with a gorgeous afternoon tea alongside loads of Whispering Angel rosé and champagne for her friends and non-alcoholic prosecco for the guests-to-be.
During the party, Danielle went around the room asking the guests to guess the sex of her baby.
Alongside her video showing a glimpse of the bash, she added a caption, “Blooming beautiful day for my baby shower…
‘I had such a beautiful day celebrating my baby shower with my best friends and family. Nice afternoon tea, lots of champagne & Nozeco and of course some classic baby shower games. Baby boy or baby girl…

Last year, Danielle revealed she was devastated when she was told she might have trouble conceiving after being diagnosed with endometriosis.
The reality star favorite was diagnosed with the condition in December 2018 and recalled her devastation when she learned that having children could become difficult.
Speak against Awesome magazine at the time, Danielle said, “I remember walking out on that appointment and sitting alone in the parking lot crying.”
Endometriosis, which affects one in ten women, causes tissue similar to the lining of the uterus to grow in various organs around the body.
Tissue buildup may be minimal, but in the most painful, severe cases, it can cause scarring that fuses organs together due to the time it takes for the cells to leave the body after thickening during the menstrual cycle.

Danielle went to see her doctor at the age of 30 after years of experiencing severe period pains that she described as “unbearable.”
While there is no cure for endometriosis, medications can be used to relieve pain and the birth control pill can be used to make periods lighter.
However, Danielle said she found going off the pill helped her, and shared how she met Tommy six months after her diagnosis.
The couple moved in together after only two weeks and six weeks later Danielle discovered she was pregnant with her daughter Orla, who was born in May 2020.
