Dan Levy turned 40 on Wednesday.
The Schitt’s Creek star celebrated his milestone birthday with friends and family in Italy as well wishes for the big day poured in from around the world.
The star posted a selfie of herself next to a body of water with the beautiful Italian countryside in the background.
“40,” followed by a red balloon emoji, was all he wrote alongside the photo, which showed him wearing a cream-colored jumper and his trademark black glasses.

He co-wrote and starred in the comedy starring Luke Evans, Celie Imrie and Ruth Negga.
According to Variety, the plot revolves around a man who chose to distract himself from the loss of his mother with a comfortable marriage.
When his husband dies unexpectedly, the man confronts his grief by heading to Paris with his two best friends for a weekend of self-discovery.
The movie is expected to be released on Netflix, but it’s unclear when that will happen due to the ongoing writers’ and actors’ strikes.
