The 33-year-old actress, who celebrates her birthday on Wednesday, had her dark locks in a pony when she appeared on the show.
The Austin, Texas-born actress was in attendance for the second time in a two-show set for the band at the outdoor stadium, which hosts the annual Rose Bowl Game.
She had her dark brown locks with bangs, while she wore a black leather jacket and light gray pants with black shoes. Dakota was spotted next to an SUV chatting with a Coldplay tour staff member.
The actress, who plays Anastasia Steele in the Fifty Shades Of Gray films, was seen with 66-year-old Griffith, who wore a black leather jacket with black trousers.
