Miranda Lambert isn’t afraid to confront fans, even if it means stopping the show mid-concert to chastise them for their behavior.
The 40-year-old country star stopped a second show this month to address a fan who misbehaved during her concert. The show was witnessed by hundreds of stunned spectators, some of whom quickly grabbed their phones to capture the moment for social media.
Video footage from the show shows Miranda berating fans who weren’t watching her during her performance.
“I see your head’s not turned the right way, which is this way,” the singer said in a clip filmed from the audience at Under The Big Sky in Montana.
“So if you come to visit, you can do it somewhere else,” she continued.

This isn’t the first time Miranda has paused a show to address a rowdy fan. Two weeks ago, she did the same thing while performing her song Tin Man during a show in Texas.
“If you came to sing, hear country music, drink beer and rock the house, that’s what we’re doing tonight,” the singer said as the crowd cheered.
Miranda then gave a hint as to the cause of the distraction, chiding the naughty guests in the audience for causing “drama” and “arguments.”
“Are we clear? Are we done with our drama?” she continued, pointing to a spot in the crowd.
“Fighting is not okay,” she continued.
“It’s always the girls. We’re going crazy!” the singer joked.
It is unclear what exactly the fan was doing when she was approached.
People were divided over the star’s decision to command the audience’s full, undivided attention, with many taking to social media to slam the singer for once again cutting the show short.
“Miranda Lambert is back at it again, yelling at her fans for not watching her perform. My thinking is this: She is NOT entertaining to watch. She stands in one spot and belts out mediocre songs. If she performed better, she would be the center of attention,” one user commented on X.
“Almost exactly a year later, Miranda Lambert is pulling the same nonsense at her concerts,” ranted another, referring to a similar incident at a concert last year.
“These people got paid well to be there, they can do whatever they want. Miranda is easily the most toxic singer I have ever seen in my life. Get off your high horse and touch some grass,” they wrote.
Meanwhile, the singer has faced similar criticism on TikTok, with one user posting: ‘Miranda Lambert your actions are absolutely worthless! I mean every concert you challenge someone… it’s getting old… very old!’
Another added: ‘If I spend my own money to go to a show I’ll take a nap if I feel like it…what does she care?!?!’

“Are you all fighting during this song? ‘Cause I’m coming over there, and you don’t want that today. We’re not doing that today. I’m going to East Texas, you’re a– real fast!” she said.
After confirming that everyone was safe, she asked if anyone was bleeding, then went on to detail the demographics of the people who fought at her shows.
“It’s always the girls!” she exclaimed. “We always get upset and start hitting each other. Why?”
Miranda then asked security to remove the fighting group from the crowd.
The singer has a reputation for challenging fans.
While performing in Las Vegas last July, the Tin Man singer stopped her performance and told the audience that she had seen some girls taking selfies.
“I’m going to stop here for a second. … These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song. It kind of pisses me off,” she admitted.
“I don’t like it at all,” she continued, as the crowd cheered.
“We’re here to hear some country music tonight. I’m singing some country music.”
