The lawsuit, filed in Minnesota District Court in Washington County, came nearly two years after he married Abby, a conjoined twin brother with sister Brittany.

Josh and Annica married in 2010 and then separated in 2019, according to court records. They currently share custody of their eight-year-old daughter Isabella.

Court records viewed by DailyMail.com show that Annica filed the charges against Josh and another man named Gavin Vatnsdal, who has now been identified as the biological father from the test.

“It’s not Mr. Bowling’s child. It is my client’s child,” Vatnsdal’s lawyer Gregory Seamon told the court.

“I think all parties agree that Mr Vatnsdal should be the father and that Mr Bowling should be dismissed and taken off the birth certificate,” Judge Siv Mjanger ruled during Friday’s hearing.

Josh and Annica’s divorce was finalized on April 23, 2020, with Annica having another child later that year, referred to in court documents as “Isabella’s half-sister.”

The conjoined twins broke their silence last month after news emerged that one of them is now married.
