However, 48-year-old TV presenter Naga made a small mistake and ended up saying a rather rude word while telling a classic joke.

She said: ‘I went to the zoo the other day, there was only one dog. He was a Shih Tzu.

After telling the joke, her co-star Charlie Stayt immediately got the hilarious quip, but Naga was left confused.

Kidding: The annual telethon returned to our screens on Friday night, with announcers being forced to read embarrassing jokes from a card.

Mistake: However, 48-year-old TV presenter Naga made a small mistake while telling a classic joke. She said: ‘I went to the zoo the other day, there was only one dog. He was a Shih Tzu,’

On Air: After telling the joke, her co-star Charlie Stayt immediately understood. However, Naga was still figuring it out.

Some celebrities, including Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Dornan, and Ed Sheeran, also appeared during the telethon.

The classic live-on-air Naga joke comes after BBC Breakfast presenter Charlie recently interrupted Naga and criticized his experience.

The hosts were caught arguing live again as the duo went head-to-head as they disagreed over how a six-foot-four jockey, Jack Andrews, would compare to his shorter competitors at Cheltenham.

Reading Jack’s testimony, he said, “He says, ‘If you’re short, sometimes they put you on top of the horse and they can get the better of you.'”

“Whereas if you’re a big boy, you can rough up a horse.”

He then told Naga, “Then the much smaller jockey would sit on top of the horse, while he can wrap his legs around the horse more.”

Naga then looked at Charlie, confused, before commenting, “I’m not sure it’s completely comfortable wrapping your legs around the girth of a horse as it gallops who knows how many miles per hour.”

Coming Aftermath: He then told Charlie that he didn’t get the joke. However, once she finally understood, she laughed and repeated the word ‘Shih Tzu’.

She added: ‘When you’re galloping, you’re supposed to be on top of the horse. You can’t just sit back and jump around on the horse.

And while Naga was speaking, Charlie interrupted her and dug into her experience.

He said: ‘I think what I’ll do is take testimony from Jack Andrews, the jockey, about his experience in the area.’

He added another taunt by saying: ‘That’s all I’m saying. I think she probably knows what he’s talking about.
