The WAG, 36, was stylish in a simple black midi dress with a corset-style waist as she posed for snaps at the event held at The Maine Mayfair restaurant in London.
Coleen was in good company when fellow hosts Alec Maxwell and Justine Mills joined the fashionable diner.

The intimate dinner was attended by more than 30 guests from the creative industry, including Vogue editor Edward Enninful, Caroline Rush, Riccardo Tisci and Aweng Chuol.
