Christine McGuinness was seen kissing her close friend Chelcee Grimes as they enjoyed a fun-filled night at Winter Wonderland earlier this week.

The 34-year-old model, who split from her husband Paddy McGuinness this summer, was seen embracing the 30-year-old singer in images obtained by Sun.

It follows recent reports that the couple are ‘inseparable’ after they traveled abroad for a secret getaway to Crete. The pair became friends over the summer when they competed together on the ITV series The Games.

The friends headed to London’s Hyde Park Winter Wonderland on Thursday night, where they posed together in beaming snaps they uploaded to their Instagrams after winning some plush toys.

After enjoying a beer each at the Bavarian bar, they seemed to be in their element as they chatted.

A source who saw them at the event told the kiss publication: “It was a sweet moment between Christine and Chelcee as they sat on a bench outside and enjoyed some live music.”

‘Christine and Chelcee were all smiles as they walked away hand in hand. It was a busy night and all the festival tents were packed with people.

“But they didn’t seem to have a care in the world and seemed to be in their own little bubble, it was cute.”

The pair became friends earlier this year after competing on the ITV series The Games, and were reported to be ‘inseparable’ after traveling abroad for a secret getaway to Crete recently.

Chelcee has also been a huge support for Christine, a mother of three, following her split from husband Paddy earlier this year.

Both Christine and Chelcee had shared sexy Instagram photos from their sunny vacation, but they didn’t post any pictures together or with each other.

Both had captioned their posts: “When business meets pleasure.”

A source said at the time: ‘Christine and Chelcee hit it off right away and love spending time together.

They’ve just enjoyed another sun-filled break together, but they’re also spending a lot of time at home.

Chelcee regularly goes to Christine’s house when her schedule allows and she has been very supportive of her.

In September, Chelcee and Christine also enjoyed a whirlwind trip to Santorini and the couple also traveled to Croatia for a girls’ vacation over the summer.

Christine and Paddy have remained parents to their three children, all of whom have been diagnosed with autism, amicably and are believed to be staying in the same house after announcing their separation in July.

Despite this, Christine admitted earlier this month that she was feeling anxious at the prospect of spending time with Paddy at the National Television Awards.

However, Paddy, 49, took to Instagram to show how he spent the night after deciding to skip the awards despite being nominated for Best Written Documentary.

He shared a photo of his takeaway, writing: ‘Sometimes it just serves a chippy tea! Before and after. Chips, pudding, peas and sauce.

A source told MailOnline: “Paddy stayed home to look after the children so Christine could attend the event.”

Just a day earlier, Christine took to Instagram, explaining that she’s very nervous about attending the NTAs after her split from Paddy.

A flustered Christine said: ‘I’m going to the NTAs tomorrow. I’m nominated for the documentary Patrick and I made with our kids and I’m really looking forward to it. I’m pretty nervous, just about everything.

“It’s not the best situation, but you know I haven’t done anything wrong and I know what a big difference testing the documentary made and I know how hard the whole team worked on it.

“So I’m going to go and try to keep my head up and just enjoy the night.”

MailOnline exclusively revealed earlier this year that Paddy had split from Christine after 11 years of marriage, with the couple ‘living separate lives’ for months.

In a statement confirming the split, the couple wrote: “We had not planned to share this publicly until we were ready, but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal lives, we felt we had no choice but to come clean.”

‘Some time ago we made the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue to love and support our children.

“It was not an easy decision to make, but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be to our three beautiful children.

“We will always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and we still live happily together in our family home.”

They added: “We hope this will now put an end to further unwanted intrusions into our private lives.”
