Christine Lampard collapses into giggles during ‘awkward’ interview with husband Frank as the couple appear together again on ITV

Christine Lampard’s interview with husband Frank was branded ‘awkward’ by viewers on Friday’s Lorraine, less than 24 hours after she chatted with him again on Loose Women.

The broadcaster, 45, hosted the early morning ITV show and spoke via video link to her partner, also 45, along with comedian Lee Mack about the upcoming Soccer Aid charity match.

As Lee joked, the couple couldn’t contain their giggles as Frank appeared to wave back and forth awkwardly.

Christine, who married the former footballer in 2015, concluded the interview by saying: ‘Good luck with your training, good luck on both sides, I have to be in the middle, and as we say: it’s all for one charity’.

Before adding, “I’ll call you later Frank.”

As Frank will have his hands full with Soccer Aid for the rest of the week, she said: “Who’s going to take out my bins this week, that’s the big question.”
