Christina Hall’s husband Josh Hall has come to his wife’s defense after an Instagram user accused her of being self-centered and having too small a yard for their children to play in.
After Christina, 39, posted a video of her ‘Saturday morning routine’, one commenter called out the HGTV star for the size of her garden, claiming that ‘it was all about her’.
But Josh disagreed and responded directly to the commenter, calling his comment “insulting.”

Not much yard, grass for kids to play. It seems to be all about her,” the Instagram user wrote.
Josh responded, ‘Do you realize how insulting that comment is that most families don’t even have yards, imagining they’re trying to make someone feel bad that they can’t provide a yard of their own and have to rely on public parks? ? .’
Christina has three children: Taylor, 12, and Brayden, seven, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and a three-year-old son, Hudson, with ex-husband Ant Anstead.
The commenter appeared to be referring to a glimpse of Christina’s backyard sauna, which was featured in a video she posted on Saturday recounting her health-focused morning routine.

Coming for the ride! Christina gave fans a look at her health-focused morning routine on Saturday via social media.
The TV star revealed in a clip that she starts her day with a grueling 30-minute ride on his Peloton, which is a popular stationary bike with guided workouts.
After breaking a sweat, Christina headed to her at-home red light therapy bed, which can cost upwards of $6,000 for a top-of-the-line machine.
According to health linered light therapy is “a controversial therapeutic technique that uses low-level red light wavelengths to treat skin problems such as wrinkles, scars, and stubborn wounds, among other conditions.”

Then she showed off her relaxing sauna cabin, a structure made of wood with a bench that she sat on while sweating in her sports bra and spandex shorts.
To complete her routine, Christina jumped right into her pool, which must have been freezing because she called it a “cold plunge” in her caption.
His caption read: ‘Saturday morning routine[hands in a heart shape emoji]*Platoon 30 mins *red light therapy 12 mins *sauna 20 mins *cold plunge 3 mins.’

Christina’s intense routine may be due to her latest health problem during which she discovered she had lead and mercury poisoning.
The Flip or Flop star revealed the news on her Instagram story in December. She explained that she had been experiencing an illness a week before.
She feared her ailment was caused by her breast implants, but diagnostic scans found the real culprit.
Christina fears that her home renovation job is the source of her problems and says: ‘[the problems] most likely from all the filthy houses I’ve been in and I have an overgrowth of bacteria in my small intestine.
Lead poisoning occurs over time and is the result of continued exposure to the hazardous chemical. Although its use in homes and buildings is strictly regulated in the US, many older homes still have lead paint, pipes, and other materials.
Reaction? His new routine may be a reaction to the lead and mercury poisoning that he revealed to his fans late last month.

Christina rose to fame in 2014, starring alongside her now-ex-husband Tarek El Moussa on his HGTV show.
Before their Hollywood days, the couple ran a real estate agency in Orange County, California, where they traded houses.
After a decade of flipping houses and working dirty construction sites, Christina fears her job may be responsible for her recent ailment.
Lead buildup in the body can occur over the years. While every small exposure to the chemical poses little risk, repeated exposure over long periods of time can cause problems.
Paint and plumbing used in older homes often contain lead, as the risks of exposure to the chemical were not known decades ago. Industrial dust can also be a source.
Other sources of exposure include contaminated water, soil, or air.
Process: Christina was dealing with ‘unexplained health things’ that she thought might be ‘related to breast implants’, so she got tested via quantum biofeedback
Looking ahead: Laying out his action plan, he explained, “So first we’re detoxifying all of this through herbs and IVs and then we see how I feel and tackle the implants.”
Making it happen: The reality star said her current health issues were “most likely” incurred from her career restoring “disgusting” buildings
