Unshaven Chris Hemsworth goes barefoot in Byron Bay with twin sons Sasha and Tristan – after scaling back work following Alzheimer’s scare
Chris Hemsworth was spotted barefoot in Byron Bay showing off his dirty feet and growing beard.
The Thor actor, 39, threw off his shoes when he was photographed last Sunday wearing some takeout alongside his twin sons, Sasha and Tristan, nine.
In an attempt to go incognito, the Hollywood actor donned a black cap and sunglasses as he enjoyed a sunny day.
Chris looked casual but cool as he donned khaki shorts and a baggy black T-shirt.
The father-of-three, who also shares daughter India Rose, 10, with his wife Elsa Patakay, has been spotted spending a lot of time with his family in their hometown of Byron Bay.

This comes as the actor announced he is scaling back his work after discovering he is at risk for Alzheimer’s disease.
That’s what the Rush actor told me Vanity purse last November, he decided to take “time off” after filming a confrontational episode about death in his new Disney+ docu-series Limitless.
After having blood tests done for the program, he was told he is “eight to 10 times” more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease than the general population because he is one of only two to three percent of people is with two copies of the APOE4 gene.

However, according to the CDC, there are apparently a number of steps people in his position can take to reduce their level of risk, such as making sure they get a good night’s sleep, limiting their alcohol consumption, and quitting smoking.
As a result, Chris responded to the news of his own predisposition to Alzheimer’s disease by adopting a healthier lifestyle.
“Doing an episode about death and facing your own mortality made me think, ‘Oh God, I’m not ready to go yet,'” he told the publication.

“I want to sit and be in this space with a greater sense of stillness and gratitude. And then you start talking about kids and family… It really triggered something in me to want to take some time off.”
