It comes after Charlotte spoke candidly about her ectopic pregnancy, admitting she thought she “would never be able to have children.”

An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, usually in the fallopian tube, meaning the baby cannot develop and endangers the mother’s health.

Sweet: Her birth experience has been shown on her BBC series Charlotte In Sunderland

In a long caption, she wrote: ‘#CharlotteInSunderland – MY BIRTH❤️ The day we met our Alba Jeanies will remain the most special day of my entire life!’

She wrote: ‘I think all parents will agree what a sentiment! That experience! I would replay that whole experience of giving birth every day over and over and over again! ❤️’

While filming her BBC reality show, the reality star said: “When I had my ectopic pregnancy, I didn’t even know I was pregnant. I just thought she was having a normal period but with extra strong cramps.

“When they took me to the hospital, I found out that I was having an ectopic pregnancy and if it was not resolved at that time, I could die.”

Although there is the possibility of conceiving again, it is recommended that the woman wait a while due to the damage caused to the fallopian tube.

She ended by saying, “It was a horrible time and I really thought I could never have kids.”

Then there was a sweet clip of Charlotte and her boyfriend Jake Ankers during one of their scans at the hospital.

The couple held hands when they saw Alba Jean on screen, with Charlotte saying: “What a relief.”

Settling in: Charlotte and boyfriend Jake have been loving life as parents since welcoming their newcomer in October

Charlotte recently admitted that she hasn’t forgiven her ex Gary Beadle after going through the ectopic pregnancy alone while he was filming Ex On The Beach.

In 2016, while the TV personality was going through the traumatic experience, Gary was in Thailand filming the reality show where he slept with Jemma Lucy and also had a threesome.

As a result of the ectopic pregnancy, Charlotte’s fallopian tube had ruptured and was releasing toxins into her body.

‘The x-ray showed how much damage had been done. Because I left him for a week, he opened my fallopian tube and I was bleeding internally,” she explained to Heat.

WHAT IS AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY?

An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.

The fallopian tubes are the tubes that connect the ovaries to the uterus. If an egg gets stuck in them, it won’t hatch into a baby.

In the UK, around one in 90 pregnancies is ectopic. This is about 11,000 pregnancies a year.

An ectopic pregnancy does not always cause symptoms and can only be detected during a routine pregnancy scan.

Symptoms may include a combination of:

  • a missed period and other signs of pregnancy
  • belly pain in the lower part of one side
  • vaginal bleeding or a brown watery discharge
  • shoulder tip pain
  • discomfort when urinating or defecating

Symptoms of a fallopian tube that ruptures or opens are:

  • a sharp, sudden, intense pain in the belly
  • feeling very dizzy, sick, or faint
  • looking very pale

This is very serious and surgery to repair the fallopian tube must be done as soon as possible.

A rupture can be life-threatening, but fortunately they are rare and treatable, if treated promptly. Deaths from ruptures are extremely rare in the UK.
