It may seem like Charlize Theron never made a mistake, but even the ageless beauty has followed trends that she later regretted.
The Fast X star revealed In style in an interview before the SAG-AFTRA strike that there was a popular 1990s beauty craze that she’s “still recovering from.”
“Hands down the thin brow of the ’90s,” revealed the Mad Max: Fury Road star.
Ironically, the South African-born beauty’s star was rising in the late 1990s.
She had several breakout movie roles at the time, including roles in The Mighty Joe Young and The Cider House Rules, among others.

The blonde beauty rocked the trend of thin brows on red carpets in the 90s — but with more styling and acting experience under her belt, Charlize now has a healthier, fuller brow.
However, the Atomic Blonde star called out naysayers in a To tempt interview criticizing her for possibly having botched plastic surgery, such as a bad facelift.
She refuted the aforementioned rumors, saying, “They say, ‘What did she do to her face?’ I’m like, “B****, I’m just getting older!”‘
The statuesque stunner emphasized that she was grateful for natural aging, adding, “My face is changing, and I love that my face is changing and aging.”
Charlize stated that she wanted to “fight” against the concept of “men (age) like fine wines and women (are) cut like flowers,” added Charlize. “I also think women want to age in a way that feels right for them. ‘
She believed empathy was necessary for the way everyone approached their old age journey.
Demonstrating her own sense of empathy for herself, the Fate Of The Furious starlet revealed that she never wanted to gain much weight for a movie role again.
“I’ll never make a movie again and say, ‘Yeah, I’ll gain 40 pounds.’ I will never do it again because you can’t take it off,” she said.
The star of Snow White and the Huntsman remains as recognizable as ever and admitted to feeling very frustrated that at 40 she couldn’t lose weight as quickly when she gained weight for Tully, compared to when she easily dropped the 30 pounds she had gained for her Monster role at the age of 27.
Natural beauty: Though the 1990s protagonist of Bombshell said she hated her thin eyebrows, the radiant natural beauty rocked them when she posed outside her home in South Africa in 1992.

To be honest about how she still struggled to accept herself, even with the popular body positivity trend, the In The Valley Of Elah actress added, “(accepting yourself) is hard.”
She joked that her kids kept her humble, especially when they saw her latest billboard where she posed for Dior J’Adore.
“My oldest was so embarrassed,” the Long Shot star shared.
“She says, ‘Oh, my God, Mom! You’re not even wearing a shirt.” I thought, ‘You’re right. I didn’t even know,” adding that her oldest daughter, Jackson Theron, added, “All my friends will see this. I mean, can you just wear a shirt?’
