Chantelle Houghton showed off the results of her fourth weight loss as she enjoyed a trip to the beach during a holiday in Marbella, Spain.
The former reality star, 40, escaped the freezing British weather as she soaked up the sun while relaxing on a beach chair.
Chantelle donned a bright blue bikini for the outing which highlighted her stunning figure.
The media personality wore her brunette locks in a straight poker style and also wore sunglasses.
After gaining 13 stone in 2021, the mum-of-one has overhauled her diet and exercise routine following her split from ex-fiancé Michael Strutt and is now a size 8.

Chantelle became a household name with her unlikely entrance into the Celebrity Big Brother house via the completely fictional girl band Kandy Floss.
But 17 years after becoming the first non-celebrity to win the show – raking in £25,000 in the process – Chantelle admitted the sudden fame ruined her life and caused her hair to fall out.
Chantelle was chosen by Channel 4's producers to play a Celebrity Big Brother twist by entering the house as a fictional pop singer.
The act was quickly trashed by her housemates – including Michael Barrymore, Pete Burns and Jodie Marsh – but she endeared herself to the general public and even managed to find love on the show with The Ordinary Boys star Samuel Preston , whom she married. 2006.
But fame came at a price, and Chantelle admits life in the spotlight had a damaging impact on her mental health.

The former bank teller says her weight was also affected, with fans often baffled by her fluctuating body shape.
“I didn't eat, or ate only when I was hungry,” she recalled. “And when I was hungry, I ate whatever I could get my hands on. I would stop at McDonald's or get a bag of chips or a bag of chips.”
Chantelle, a strict vegan, says she is now in the shape of her life after losing five stone thanks to a sugar-free diet – but her weight isn't the only thing that has changed.
Once famous for her peroxide blonde hair, the TV personality has since returned to a more natural brunette look, in keeping with her decision to move on from the past – and for good reason.
She said: 'Being so blonde and pulling out the extensions left me with so many bald spots.
'I lost myself in a lot of misery and am getting myself back little by little and enjoying being the person I always was'

'So I've had the extensions all taken out, I've gone dark and I'm just doing Kerastase treatments on my hair every week and I'm taking care of myself now.'
Despite her marriage to Preston ending in 2007, Chantelle says she still has a good relationship with the singer, but admits they haven't seen each other in three years.
“It was a whirlwind to be in the house and meet Preston,” she said. 'It was such a happy time.
“I finally got over being the only non-celebrity, I passed the task, and then I slowly but surely fell in love with someone.
