Call The Midwife’s Leonie Elliott has confirmed her departure as nurse Lucille Robinson after six years in the role.
The 34-year-old actress took to Instagram on Monday to share snaps from her last day on set, as well as an emotional goodbye to viewers.
It comes after the artist seemed to hint at the news in January when she shared her plans to find a “purpose” in 2023.
The beloved characterst appeared in the BBC series in the second episode of the current series after his character returned from Jamaica after being diagnosed with a disability depression.
