JANUARY 2019 – THE PACKAGE BEGINS TO BROWN

It relinquishes control to an appointed conservator for the benefit of the recipient, but in most cases, the recipient is not healthy enough to make their own money, unlike Britney who makes millions. Under the escrow rules, Jamie now has equal control of her estate with a third party and an attorney, Andrew Wallet.

Wallet derives a salary of $426,000 a year from Britney’s estate.

He, Jamie and the third party recently brought in can make deals on her behalf and limit her visitors.

A day after the judge’s ruling, Bessemer Trust, who had been appointed, resigned, saying they never knew Britney wanted to quit the conservatory.

A Los Angeles judge ordered an end to the conservatory that controlled Britney’s life — and $60 million fortune — for 13 years.

“The court rules that the trusteeship of the person and estate of Britney Jean Spears is no longer required,” Judge Brenda Penny said at a hearing in LA Superior, where Britney did not appear.

‘That is why the guardianship will be terminated as of today.’
