A Briton who went missing after being dropped off at a Dutch hospital by a friend following a ‘psychotic breakdown and hallucinations’ has been found dead in a ditch near the medical facility.

Thomas Delafay, 20, from Plymouth, was last seen on the evening of June 11 when he was dropped off by a friend at Dijklander Hospital in the town of Hoorn, 20 miles north of Amsterdam.
