But on Monday, braless Amanda Holden, 51, complained of feeling bloated in a bodycon green dress after indulging in comfort food, admitting: ‘It’s a bit of an effort to breathe in all day long. !’.
While working at Heart FM in London’s Leicester Square, the BGT judge took to her Instagram Stories where she uploaded a video of herself in the figure-hugging dress.
Candid: On Monday, Amanda Holden, 51, braless, complained that she felt bloated in a green bodycon dress after indulging in comfort food, admitting: ‘It’s a bit of an effort to breathe in all day !’
Amanda looked fabulous in the long sleeve, high neck pencil dress, which she paired with a black waist belt and pointed stilettos.
The presenter said head-on to her followers: ‘I absolutely love green. This dress is from Karen Millen.
“Over the weekend I made a roast dinner — a huge one — and I had mac n cheese, so it’s a bit of an effort to breathe in all day.
“If I didn’t, I’d look like this…” Amanda confessed, turning sideways and leaning back to let her stomach stick out slightly as she rocked the little bump.

It comes after Amanda made a sly dig at Phillip Schofield after it was alleged that he and co-host Holly Willoughby jumped in line at London’s Westminster Hall last week to film a segment for This Morning as the late Queen lays in state.
The presenter made her feelings about the situation clear during her Heart Breakfast show as the feud between her and Phillip continues.
