“I am convinced that mobile coffee ordering has gone a little too far and that there is a specific phenomenon that tests me like no other when it comes to mobile coffee ordering,” she said.

She explained that people who ordered from their phones in the store and simply expected their orders to be ready immediately frustrated her.

“It’s the people who come into the store and stand in front of the cash register with their phone and say, ‘I’m ordering via the app.'”

Haley then remembered an annoying story from a customer who had pre-ordered.

The content creator and barista revealed that a customer came into the coffee shop and placed an order for black coffee on his phone and showed Haley.

After picking it up he came back an hour later complaining that the coffee had become ‘warm’.

Haley explained that she wanted to avoid an argument, so she simply gave the customer another drink and moved on.

“It was hot because you came an hour ago. Of course it wasn’t hot anymore, it was old coffee,” she added.
