Blac Chyna took the stage in Los Angeles on Sunday as she accepted the Transformation Award with her children Dream Kardashian and King Cairo.
The 36-year-old rapper – who recently looked loved up with her boyfriend Derrick Milano in Calabasas – received the award from the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health through the Take Action LA initiative.
She looked stunning in a plunging white hop that exposed her chest and a black ruffled mini skirt.
Her signature raven locks were styled in sleek waves as she rocked a pair of black sky-high platform heels.
“I just want to thank I Love Myself, and today it feels surreal to me,” she began as she accepted the award with tears in her eyes.

Mario took to the stage and performed one of his hit songs for the charity event, rocking a gray and white striped suit with gold accessories

The event also honored singer Mario and Omarion are honored during the 2nd Annual I Love Myself Festival at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza.
Mario took to the stage and sang one of his hits for the charity event, wearing a gray and white striped suit with gold accessories.
The proud mother, whose real name is Angela Renée White, gushed about children and how she is now in a better place emotionally and mentally.
‘Things are completely different. Not even just in my personal life, my work life and my love life, in my relationship with my mother, with my children,” the star said on stage.
Dream wore a silver T-shirt and matching skirt, accessorized with a silver handbag and cowboy boots.
King wore a gray hat and jacket paired with jeans and white sneakers as he supported his mother at the event.
The Seen Her singer shares Dream with Robert Kardashian, with whom she had a relationship from 2016 to 2017.
She made occasional appearances on Keeping Up with the Kardashians leading up to the birth of the ex-couple’s daughter on November 10, 2016.
King Cairo is the product of Chyna’s relationship with rapper Tyga, who previously dated Kylie Jenner, Robert’s younger sister.
The singer and the rapper started dating in 2011 and got engaged when they welcomed their son in October 2012.
The couple wasn’t meant to be like this when they split in 2014 American weekly at the time when the relationship had ‘run its course’.
Since then, Chyna and Tyga have been embroiled in a legal battle over custody of their son, reaching an agreement last month.
“The parties have reached agreements regarding child custody, visitation and payment of their respective attorneys’ fees. In light of these agreements, the parties intend to conclude this matter without further litigation document is reading.
