Francesca Packer has listed the Sydney apartment she bought just four years ago, according to a new report.
The billionaire heiress is ‘quietly’ offloading the house for a whopping $35 million. Daily telegram reported on Saturday.
She paid $16.75 million for the penthouse in 2019, so she can make a tidy profit.
The apartment in the ‘Horizons’ block, designed by renowned Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, spans an entire floor and features five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It offers extravagant harbor views and luxurious amenities including Cote D’Azur marble and designer lighting.

The penthouse’s selling point is undoubtedly its balcony, which offers 360-degree views of Sydney Harbour.
Luxurious interior details are present in the private lobby and continue into the 40th floor penthouse, with marble sourced from Brazil, French oak herringbone parquet, custom lighting and copper and leather accents.
There is a wine room and a ‘wet bar’ for serving drinks, while the apartment complex also includes a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, BBQ area and landscaped gardens.
The Wentworth Courier understands Francesca bought the penthouse on Saturday following an auction, where two interested parties failed to bid.

That same year, Francesca, who studied at the Inchbald School of Design in London, spoke The Daily Telegraph about following in her mother Gretel’s footsteps in her interior design career.
‘Designing is really fun. It’s something I’ve always had an interest in and has grown recently,” she said.
“My mother used to do interior design with one of my godmothers (Adelaide Bragg), and together they had a design company together,” she added, referring to their firm Barham and Bragg Design.
Francesca also credited her mother and grandmother Roslyn Packer for her work ethic.
‘They are great; “I’m not so much about strong, independent women, but about strong, independent people,” she said.
