Channel Seven aired the grand final of Big Brother 2023 on Wednesday and the nail-biting episode saw series history made as two Housemates were crowned winners.
TikTok stars and siblings Tay and Ari Wilcoxson – who competed as the sole entrant – emerged victorious, beating fan favorite Louis.
Hostess Sonia Kruger, 58, gathered the housemates to announce the winner and surprised the sisters with the surprising news.
“Regardless of what comes next, you can all be proud of yourselves, but there can only be one winner. Australia has decided who that is,” she began.

The sisters seemed so shocked by the news that they were momentarily at a loss for words as their housemates applauded their incredible win.
'Oh my God, it's crazy. It doesn't feel real. We did it!' they said excitedly to Sonia.
Tay, 23, and Ari, 20, received $100,000 in prize money and later revealed their exciting plans for the big sum.

'We've always said we want to help our family. That's a big reason why we're here,” they said in a statement.
'But we also want to make more memories, travel together and start something business for ourselves. The money will be used a lot.'
Their win follows reports that the rebooted series of Big Brother may not return in 2024 after it has been a 'ratings disaster' according to an industry expert.

However, after a four-season reboot and a new celebrity name known as Big Brother VIP, ratings have dropped significantly to less than 300,000 viewers per night.
