Beyoncé is berated by angry fans after renaissance concert organizers charge £122 for seats without a view: ‘If I just wanted to hear her, I’d stand in the parking lot’

Beyoncé’s concert promoters have come under fire after charging fans £122 per ticket for seats that don’t provide a view of her extravagant show.

The R&B legend is currently making her way around the world with her 56-date Renaissance world tour in support of her seventh studio album.

But fans are left furious with the unreasonable price of behind-stage seats, which offer those with deep pockets a “listen-only” experience while depriving them of a decent view.

Limited vision tickets are often available for the blind or partially sighted at a discounted price, but the demand to see Beyoncé live has been such that they have sold for as much as £122.

That’s what a disgruntled fan told me The sun: ‘The whole point of going to the concert is seeing her in person and watching the spectacle of the production. It is ridiculous.

On the road: The R&B legend is currently making her way around the world with her 56-show Renaissance world tour, touted as her most extensive to date

“If I just wanted to hear the concert, I’d be out in the parking lot.”

While the singer is currently on the US leg of her latest tour, it is feared she could turn down the Western Australian city of Perth after Taylor Swift and Sir Paul McCartney also left the city for their recent tour dates.

The American pop legend is expected to announce her stadium concert details for Australia soon, but WA promoter John Zaccaria says the huge cost of putting on big stadium shows will come between fans and their favorite artists.

“Things like trucking the Nullarbor are incredibly expensive these days, and Paul McCartney probably has about 100 trucks on the road,” he told Perth Now.

‘It’s something you can’t get around; these shows are so big that if you come this way you want to do some big stadium shows.”

The Renaissance show lasts approximately two and a half hours and is split into six acts, with Beyoncé performing Renaissance’s tracks in sequence, interspersed with songs from across her discography.

The show received critical acclaim, with particular praise for the production value and Beyoncé’s vocal performance.

After touring Europe through June 28, the pop superstar brought the show to North America, starting with a show in Toronto, Canada on July 8.

Speechless, for once: Talk show legend and close friend Oprah Winfrey recently admitted the concert was one of the best she’s ever attended

The long haul took her to East Rutherford, New Jersey for the two shows at Met Life Stadium on July 29 and 30.

Scheduled to make its way across the U.S. along with one more stop north of the border in Vancouver, the tour is slated for the finale at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on October 1.

Talk show legend and close friend Oprah Winfrey recently admitted that the concert was one of the best she’s ever attended.

“I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life,” she told Instagram followers in July.

‘I was amazed. I am amazed at that kind of talent. That kind of synergy. What it takes to do that; that kind of expression. That kind of anointing.

“I mean, that’s something that comes straight from a source that creates the planets, okay.”

‘That’s the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever seen. The most special show I’ve ever seen.’
