The couple Laila Zaidi and Adam Gillen from Benidorm are engaged.
Adam popped the question while they were on holiday in Croatia after five years together.
Laila shared the happy news on Instagram and wrote: ‘A diiiiirty flirttttyyy thirty FIANCÉ for a whole week!!!!!!! (ring emoji) (nine heart emojis)’.

The actress, who also appeared in Doctors, played Rob Dawson’s girlfriend Cyd in the show, who was hilariously mistaken for a man by his family.
Meanwhile, Adam played fan favorite Liam Conroy, who has appeared on the show since its fourth season in 2011.
Liam is the son of transvestite bartender Les, played by Tim Healy, and is known for his crazy character.
Benidorm has been delighting ITV viewers since 2007, picking up six National Television Awards and a BAFTA over the years.
It was abolished in 2018 after 11 years.
