Chelsea footballer Ben Chilwell is selling his mansion in Surrey because he wants more security for himself.
The former England player, 27, currently lives in Cobham, Surrey, near Chelsea’s training ground.
The gated mansion is on the market for £4,750,000 and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Sources say that the measure was prompted by the number of football players who have been burglarized in recent years.

His home in Cheshire was raided by thieves on Boxing Day with £1million worth of jewellery.
Manchester City player Kevin De Bruyne’s home in Belgium was also broken into in early December while he was in Saudi Arabia.
Last year, 32-year-old’s former City teammate Raheem Sterling, 29, was forced to return from the World Cup after his Surrey home was raided. Others including Jesse Lingard, Joao Cancelo, Victor Lindelof and Paul Pogba have also been targeted.
In December, Mail Sport revealed that Premier League footballers are spending thousands of pounds hiring ex-SAS officers, buying protection dogs and installing steel panic rooms with emergency phone lines in their homes.
There are also concerns that growing interest in the women’s game has led to an increase in unwanted attention on training grounds and outside stadiums.

Panicked players have been installing extensive security measures in their homes for years. Several have spent hundreds of thousands of euros on panic rooms. In many cases they are essentially a steel box, fitted with secure wiring and panic alarms that operate even if external wires are cut.
