She continued, “We’ve got three major radio stations — that’s Kiss, Capital and Radio One — and once you’ve promoted all three, you’ve pretty much promoted your single on the radio.
“Whereas in the United States you have at least three per state, so you have to go to each state, build relationships, meet presenters, so I felt really lucky that I managed to get on television.”
Despite this, Becky, a Worcestershire native, said performing in the United States has been “incredible” so far, with crowds in states like LA, San Francisco and Montreal really making her feel like she was “on to something.”
The Crazy What Love Can Do hitmaker added that after being told countless times how “hard” it is to crack America, she always feels “lucky” to get a great reception when she performs there.
Becky went on to say that her next goal, after America, will be a world tour with particular emphasis on Australia, New Zealand and Asia as she wants to connect with people on a “massive scale”.

“I’ve really had a hard time spreading the word about what I do and who I am,” Becky told The Daily Mail’s You magazine in a recent chat.

In the candid chat, she also revealed that she has been prone to negative thoughts since she was a teenager, convinced that girls at school were nagging about her.
