Bec Judd has teamed up with a high-end developer to design luxury apartments in one of Melbourne’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

The 39-year-old model and WAG have signed a deal with Lowe Living to work on two developments in Bayside.

Bec says buyers can expect her work to reflect her own personal taste, with a focus on luxury and sophistication.

The first of Bec’s two developments is an exclusive boutique apartment complex called Sera, located in Brighton, 12.9km from the CBD.

The Lowe Living website promises customers that the development will be the “embodiment of exclusivity,” with listings starting at $1,295 million.

Meanwhile, Bec is working on another block called Ocean Street in neighboring Hampton.

Described as “architecturally unique” on the Lowe Living website, the apartments will be listed in early 2023 starting at $1.29 million.

Tim Lowe, co-director of Lowe Living, with his partner Emma Lowe, said Bec wanted to design the apartments as she would design her own home.

“We want customers to feel just as comfortable in these homes in 10 years’ time… and we think Bec absolutely got the job done,” he said.

Bec is no stranger to Melbourne’s high-end Bayside area.

The beauty shares a $7.3 million mansion in Brighton with ex-AFL champion husband Chris Judd and their four children.

Home-proud Bec and Chris often share photos of their Spanish Colonial-style mansion on social media after dropping millions on it in March 2018.

The sprawling house has its own gym and magnesium salt pool, as well as a tennis court that can be turned into ‘a footy oval or cricket pitch’.

The genetically blessed couple also recently bought a luxury chalet in the popular ski village of Mount Buller in eastern Victoria.
