Beauty guru reveals three simple makeup hacks that will give your face a lift and make you look 'swept and gorgeous' in an instant

A beauty guru has revealed three of her favorite make-up tips that will always make you look 'swept'.

The tips were shared on TikTok last month by content creator Tatyana Lafata, who describes herself as “your beauty bestie.”

She often posts videos about various beauty and skincare tips and tricks, as well as product recommendations and other lifestyle content.

In the music videoLafata explained how to perfect these tips so you can look “elevated” and “gorgeous” in your own beauty routine, starting with a tip on how to apply concealer.

In a TikTok video posted last month, content creator Tatyana Lafata revealed three of her favorite makeup tips that will guarantee you a 'swept-away' look

In the video, Lafata explained that these tips will leave you feeling “gorgeous” and “uplifted.”

“Number one is putting on concealers,” Lafata explained. “You want to apply your concealer to these areas to lift the face.”

The expert demonstrated this step by placing her concealer on the right side of her face to show the difference.

She applied the concealer to the corners of her mouth, on the sides of her nose, under her eyes, at the cheekbone and above the brow bone.

“When you blend, blend in an upward motion,” she instructed.

“Instead of applying all the concealer here, it's going to pull your eye down, you're going to blend like this,” Lafata continued, showing viewers that you shouldn't apply the makeup in a sideways motion, but instead upwards.

“This side looks so much more,” she said, showing off the lifted difference.

The next tip the content creator gave was also about product placement, but this time it was about where to put blush and bronzer.

“A lot of people apply their contour under the cheek, but you want to apply it a little on the cheek to lift your face and give you that seized look,” she explained, as she applied the contour to her face.

The first tip Lafata advised on was applying your concealer, which she applied to the corners of her mouth, under the eyes, near the nose and above the brow bone

She explained that you want to blend your concealer in an upward motion because it will make you look “plucked out.”

Third time's the charm! Tatyana's tips for looking 'snatched'

  • Blend your concealer in an upward motion and place it on the corners of the mouth, sides of the nose, under the eyes, near the cheekbone and above the brow bone
  • Apply the contour to the cheek and blend in an upward motion
  • Outline the lips only in the center of the lower lip and at the Cupid's bow

“Again, when you're blending, you want to do that in an upward motion, and you see how that lifts the face back up a little bit,” she explained, adding that you always want to leave the makeup in the hairline fade away.

As she blurred the contours of her nose, she advised that you might want to blend it into the eyelid.

“For blush, you want to apply it right over that contour, so nice and high,” she said.

Lafata again showed that you want to apply the blush in an upward motion, just like the concealer and contour, and drag it towards the apple of your cheek for that 'grilled' look.

Last but not least, the beauty guru shared some insight about lip liner.

“The last tip is, if you're lining your lips, you only want to do it here,” she explained, as she applied the lip liner under the center of her bottom lip and near her Cupid's bow.

“You really want to follow your natural lip shape for the rest of the lip to create that really nice pout.”

She then completed contouring her lips on both the bottom and top, promising that this would help 'accentuate' the shape of your pout.

Her next tip was about applying blush and contour, explaining that you also want to blend these in an upward motion, just like the concealer. She also explained why the contour should be on the cheek

Lafata often uses her social media accounts to share her beauty and makeup tips

As a final tip, Lafata explained why you should only line the lip in the center of the lower lip and at the Cupid's bow.

In the comments section of her video, many users were impressed with her tips

“These three tips literally make my makeup look perfect and lift every time I do it,” Lafata concluded.

Speaking to DailyMail.com, Lafata also made another recommendation for getting that lifted look.

'Another tip I would have is curling the eyelashes and grooming the eyebrows. For the extra lifted effect, a subtle winged liner would be a great addition!' Lafata told DailyMail.com.

In the comments section of her video, many were seemingly impressed with her tips.

“Waaahh, the difference in your concealer,” one user wrote. 'What a good tip.'

Another agreed: 'Amazing. Thanks for the great tips!

“Thank you queen!” someone else typed.
