Candice Warner is known for her incredibly ripped figure and her love of staying in shape.
And on Thursday, the cricket WAG and former Ironwoman showed just how hard she works to stay in tip-top shape.
Candice, 37, showed off her washboard abs while completing a grueling workout at the gym with celebrity trainer Jono Castano.
In a clip shared by Jono, the mother of three hangs from a bar with a heavy weight between her legs and performs crunches while staying in the air.
“Concentrating on getting those abs out,” Jono said as Candice broke into a sweat.

A day earlier, on Wednesday, Candice showed off the rippling muscles of her back while working out with the help of Jono and her team, whose clients include Rebel Wilson and Rita Ora.
He demonstrated doing a Pendlay row with a barbell before moving on to lat pulldowns.

“I love a Chandon,” he added. ‘Like everyone else. I’m a mom and sometimes once the kids are in bed you need a happy hour. I’m not afraid to have a drink.

‘I like to lift heavy weights. But then cardio – I love to run,’ she explained. “So whether it’s on the treadmill or on the beach at the coast, it’s very important to me, not just physically, but mentally.”
