Babylon: Sunrise Host David Koch Was Nervous About Margot Robbie’s Raunchy Scenes

Sunrise host David Koch is teased by his co-hosts as he jitters over Margot Robbie’s bawdy scenes in new Babylon movie: “It’s wild…you’d enjoy it.”

Sunrise host David ‘Kochie’ Koch blushed on Monday during a discussion about Margot Robbie’s raunchy scenes in her latest film, Babylon.

The two-time Oscar nominee plays a deranged star who seizes every depraved opportunity in 1920s Hollywood in the Damien Chazelle-directed film.

Kochie, 66, seemed a bit nervous when newscaster Edwina Bartholomew, who interviewed Margot during the Babylon press conference, discussed the film’s nudity.

‘It’s debauchery, it’s something else. His acting is amazing and [there are] lots of great Aussies in the cast,” Edwina said of the highly anticipated film.

His comments piqued the interest of Kochie, who asked if the film was worth watching.

It’s wild. I think I’d enjoy it,’ Edwina said, prompting Sunrise co-host Natalie Barr to ask: ‘That’s very rude, isn’t it?’

Kochie, 66, seemed a bit nervous when newscaster Edwina Bartholomew, who interviewed Margot during the Babylon press conference, discussed the film’s nudity.

‘Why? Would you enjoy it? said a surprised Kochie.

“I don’t know, you have that sensitivity,” Edwina replied, before adding, “There was such a fuss about Margot Robbie kissing Brad Pitt, a kiss on the lips.” She That’s the least of your worries!

“Oh, okay,” Kochie squirmed, skipping to the next segment.
