Awkward moment dozens of doctors on stage at Kamala Harris Houston rally appear confused as supporter suffers medical emergency

Several doctors on stage at Kamala Harris’ rally in Houston stood confused and unable to act as a supporter suffered a medical emergency.

Although much of the press coverage stemmed from Beyonce’s appearance, at one point Harris brought out several abortion doctors to speak about the overturning of Roe vs. Wade.

When Dr. Richard Todd Ivy, an obstetrician/gynecologist, addressed the crowd to talk about abortion rights, someone clearly needed medical attention.

None of the doctors came to help and stood helpless, while Ivy eventually pointed out the problem of those present.

“I think someone here needs medical attention,” he said, pointing to the injured crowd member.

While much of the press coverage stemmed from Beyonce’s appearance, at one point Harris brought out several abortion doctors to speak about overturning Roe vs. Wade.

After waiting a moment until they finally received medical attention, Ivy confirmed that “they’re doing fine.”

After the supporter – who was never identified – was declared okay, the rally continued.

Beyoncé took to the stage on Friday evening to rally support for Kamala Harris at a massive rally in Texas as the race for the White House reaches a dead end.

“We are so happy to stand here on this stage as proud women from rural Texas supporting and celebrating the one and only Vice President Kamala Harris,” she said.

The megastar praised Harris, saying she promotes unity while praising the energy and “positivity” in the room.

“We are on the cusp of an incredible shift, on the edge of history,” Beyoncé said.

Beyoncé said she wasn’t there as a celebrity, but as a mother “who cares deeply about the world in which my children and all our children live, a world in which we have the freedom to control our bodies.”

“Imagine our daughters growing up and seeing what is possible with no ceilings and no limitations,” she said.

She also told the cheering crowd to imagine the sacrifices their grandmothers made “so we can witness the strength of a woman in her power and reimagine what leadership is.”

Beyoncé addressed everyone and said, “your voice is one of the most valuable instruments, and we need you.”

She said Texas has a role to play and needs to be part of something bigger.

“It’s time for America to sing a new song,” she said.

Beyoncé wasn’t the only celebrity to take the stage in Texas. Actress and businesswoman Jessica Alba also spoke and music legend Willie Nelson performed.

She was also joined on stage by former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland, who spoke first.

Beyoncé’s coveted endorsement comes months after Democrats were devastated by her no-show at the Democratic National Convention last summer.

Harris uses Beyoncé’s “Freedom” as her walk-up song at campaign rallies.

In August, rumors circulated that Queen B herself would appear at the convention in Chicago before Harris accepted the nomination.

Her team and the campaign did not deny the rumors that sparked widespread excitement.

But it didn’t happen, disappointing thousands of party members and millions of TV viewers.
