Aussie woman reveals her wild list of dating requirements as she insists her suitor needs to be ‘well above average down below’

An Australian social media star has revealed her extensive list of ‘non-negotiable’ dating requirements.

Alicia Davis, 32, a prison guard turned model, took to social media last week to share what she’s looking for in a partner.

The adult content creator, who has more than 11,000 followers on TikTok and 51,000 followers on Instagram, says that if a man can’t meet all her demands, she gets annoyed and ends the relationship.

Davis’ list includes everything from a man who owns his own car to a man with a high level of physical fitness and a “well above average” score – specifically a score of six to nine “below.”

She also demands that her partner ‘must be willing to film all types of content with me. Unpaid work and non-negotiable.’

Her potential co-star is also not allowed to remain anonymous when appearing with her in her videos.

“This is my non-negotiable list. If someone wants to date me and they can’t meet all of these criteria, that’s fine,” she said in the video.

The content creator claimed she created the list to remind herself what he wanted in a relationship, and warned potential suitors to “steer clear” if they didn’t meet all the requirements.

“A non-negotiable dating checklist is a must these days,” says Alicia.

She also has a shared Google Docs Form where interested parties can submit an ‘application’ to enter into a relationship with her.

The first question on the form is: ‘Are you already a subscriber to my Onlyfans or do you follow my social media?’

Another question asked applicants to ‘check all that apply to them’, including categories such as ‘financially stable’, ‘own car’, ‘no children or plans to have children’ and ‘willing to stop working to help me with filming/daily errands’.
