Impressive for Valladolid so far this season, Fresneda has become a regular fixture in José Rojo Martín’s side since September, making 12 appearances in all competitions.

The right-back suffered a minor hamstring injury in October, which is why he missed LaLiga games against Espanyol, Celta de Vigo and Real Sociedad.

He has also played with the Spanish Under-18 and Under-19 teams, and has four caps for the latter.
